All Products Can be delivered within a 90-day delivery window: All items are stocked and shipped from our own facilities. We DO NOT Drop ship (Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock.) All our products can be delivered within 3 months from the date of purchase with most orders being delivered within 14 business days.

Q 3) What forms of payment are accepted?
A 3) Forms of payment we accept are: Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards must be issued from Canada or the USA to be processed.
*Shipping charges are subject to change depending on item(s) size, weight and units. Any additional costs will be relayed to the customer before being charged.
*During Holiday Season: Due to higher than usual volume packages may be delayed in shipping/transit. Please note all shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee shipping times or service on behalf of couriers. We do not provide reimbursement on shipping costs due to courier delays.
In-Store Pick Up
Q 4) Is in-store pick up free of charge?
A 4) Yes! In-store pick ups are free of charge. We will ship your order for your convenient pickup to any of our 7 locations in Calgary & area. Simply place an order and select "In-Store Pickup" on checkout.

Store Refunds and Exchanges
Q 6) When can I come for a refund or an exchange?
A 6) Refunds and exchanges can be made ONLY on Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, and on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
STRICTLY NO IN STORE RETURNS ON EVENINGS OR SUNDAYS.
Please note that if the purchase was made using cash, a cash refund WILL NOT be issued unless the store is notified three (3) business days in advance of attainment of the refund. We can put a refund for a purchase made with cash on a credit or debit card upon request.Holiday Gift Return Policy
- Holiday gifts bought from November 1st, 2023 can be returned or exchanged up until January 15th, 2024. Past this date, all sales are FINAL.
- If purchase was discounted or on sale, it can only be exchanged or put on a gift card. Any items 50% off or more are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- ALL purchases made on Black Friday or Boxing Day are FINAL SALE.
- Products must be in ORIGINAL condition with original box and receipt in order to be returned, exchanged or put on a gift card.
For regular priced items:
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, and will be given in the original form of payment (note the above exception for cash refunds).
Receipt must be produced for refund. Product must be in original condition and with original packaging.
For sale items:
Sale items that are less than 15% off may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving.
Sale items over 15% off may be exchanged or used for an in-store credit within 14 days of receiving.
Sale items that are 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
*Items to be exchanged or returned must be in original condition with original packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
Q 7) Can I return or exchange an item?
A 7) Sole to Soul Footwear will happily accept back your purchase should you change your mind, as long as it is in new resaleable condition! Please follow the 4 simple steps below for easy returns:
1. Repackage the item you wish to return in the packaging it arrived in or inside another exterior wrapping. The original shoe box must be included for a return.
2. Do not tape labels or apply stamps to the product box, it must have an exterior wrapping.
3. Enclose in the package the original receipt and a note detailing the reason for your return.
4. Take the item with its clearly attached return label to the shipping carrier of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. For orders over $200 that received free delivery, please be aware that a restocking fee equal to the cost of the initial shipping label, covered by the store, will be applied. If you would like to inquire about the cost of the initial shipping label, please email us at email@example.com.

For Canadian returns please return your item to us within 14 days in new, resaleable condition. For International returns, please return your item to us within 30 days.
COD returns will not be accepted. All products sent COD will be returned to the buyer at a cost to the buyer.
Online orders may also be returned in person at any one of our Calgary locations.
We do not accept online exchanges currently, should you wish to exchange an item please place a new order for the item and return the other item to us following the above steps.
If these return specifications are not met, we may not be able to properly process your return. As well, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments, so we suggest that you package your return shipment protectively and send by registered mail or courier.
