Delivery Timing

All items are stocked and shipped from our own facilities (we do not use third-party drop shipping).

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 days
  • Most orders arrive within 14 business days
  • All orders are guaranteed delivery within 90 days from the purchase date

  • We are not responsible for courier delays
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on size, weight, or quantity
  • Any additional charges will be confirmed with you before processing
  • In the rare case of inventory delays, customers will be contacted with an updated timeline before the order is fulfilled
  • During Holiday Season: Due to higher than usual volume, packages may be delayed in shipping/transit - please note all shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee shipping times or service on behalf of couriers. We do not provide reimbursement on shipping costs due to courier delays.

We do not accept returns for international orders. All orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are processed during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Returns are not processed in the evenings or on Sundays.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made from November 1, 2026 can be returned or exchanged until January 8, 2027.

After this date, all sales are final.

Please note:
  • Discounted items → Exchange or store credit only
  • Items 50% off or more Final sale
  • Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Monday purchases Final sale
  • Items must be in original condition with box and receipt

Return Eligibility

Regular-Priced Items

The following return conditions apply to both in-store and online purchases unless otherwise stated.

  • Return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Refund issued to original form of payment
  • Receipt required
  • Must be in original condition with original packaging
  • New and unworn, undamaged, and in original condition suitable for resale
  • Must come with its original packaging (shoe box)
Sale Items
  • Less than 50% off Store credit within 7 days
  • 50% off or more Final sale
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card and does not expire.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds require advance notice.

If you'd like a cash refund, please contact the store you purchased from at least 3 business days in advance so we can prepare it for you.

Alternatively, we can process your refund to a debit or credit card.

Online Returns (Canada Only)

We accept returns on Canadian orders only.

Items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • New and unworn, undamaged, and in original condition suitable for resale
  • With original product packaging (shoe box) and receipt

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

How to Return

  1. Repackage the item (do not tape, label, or apply stamps to the shoe box directly - it must have an exterior wrapping)
  2. Include your receipt and a note detailing the reason for your return
  3. Ship using a carrier of your choice
Important:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using tracked shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Additional Notes

  • Orders over $225: a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost paid by the store may be applied to returns on orders that qualified for free shipping
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange
  • COD returns are not accepted
  • Returns may not be processed if requirements are not met
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
