Needed to return due to size

keens seem to have changed width. I have the same model that are 4 years old. This pair is my 5th pair of Keen Austin's, and I've never had to buy wide or get a half size up until this purchase.
The second shipping cost and paying for the return made it more expensive than shopping from Keen directly.

The person I dealt with on the phone was super nice helpful and gave me a $10 discount for my trouble, but I will probably buy in person from a local store next time.

Online shoe shopping is problematic for me and not Soul to Soul itself.
