    Sent the incorrect style

    I ordered the style of Allegro Ballerina Flat with the thick white sole. Instead I received the style with a very thin sole which is a bit lighter colour than the light tan shoe. I am very disappointed as the thick sole is the feature I like best about the shoe as it provides more cushion when walking. I am familiar with the shoe as I have a pair with the thick white sole that I purchased a few years ago. That is why I felt it was safe to order on line.
