Extremely Disappointed with First Time Purchase

Purchased a pair of Kursk Winter Boots (Nero) and was excited to receive them. Was recommended to them by a fellow friend and fisherman. Been looking for winter boots with spikes for a while, these seemed to tick all the boxes. However my excitement quickly ended once I received them.

The right boot looks like it's been worn, or at least has fading and marks on the boot that make it look used, especially compared to the left one. Not only that, the left boots back pull tag has been torn off. It's hanging by a few threads. Considering these boots are supposed to be brand new (and they aren't cheap), was really disappointed couldn't wear them out that weekend.

Well it's been 14 days and I still don't have a resolution sorted out. The customer service is not good. Apparently they are short staffed on the whoever checks the online e-mails, but that's the only way they provide to contact them. As I write this I'm still waiting for a response. They have contacted me once to let me know the situation, but since I've provided what they requested about a week ago, back in e-mail limbo. Very concerning as we have a snow storm supposed to arrive tomorrow and still don't have winter boots. Hopefully this gets resolved shortly or will have to take next steps and contact my credit card company.
