Very comfortable but…

I first tried on these loafers (in brown) at the geox store, and fell in love the moment I put them on. They were so comfortable but to my disappointment, the black was all sold out. So I was happy to find how Sole to Soul was selling them. I didn’t want to wait for a sale and accepted paying full price because of the great quality of the shoe. The pros are: the leather is good quality, the footbed is very cushiony and comfortable, and the traction of the rubber soles are great. It makes sense why they named this shoe “walk pleasure loafers”. However, the con is that as soon as I start walking, my heel starts to slip and I have to walk slower. This is why I knocked off a star. I am a true 9 so a half size smaller would have felt a little too snug. I’m going to try placing a silicone heel grip and see how this helps.
