GORGEOUS

I already own a pair of the smoke coloured Jess sandals. My feet are riddled with Osteoarthritis and cause me constant pain! Since I’ve worn my first pair of Jess sandals, my need for orthotics is almost non-existent! It does take a while to transform the sandal soles into pillows for my feet. Patience is needed in the process to take over for orthotics.
The black pair are STUNNING! However they came to me with a deep crease in the back strap. I did send pictures & alerted Mary of my concerns but got NO FEEDBACK, STRANGE. With constant pressure to flatten it out, I’ve achieved a 80% success rate. My only problem with ordering online is this fact, I can’t feel the product for flaws. It’s all good now, but I should get a discount on my next pair due to the inconsideration on Mary’s part for not addressing my problem immediately. Great shoe!
